1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Relstack website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Relstack provides software development, web engineering, UI/UX design, custom software development, systems integration, ERP solutions, CRM development, software maintenance, and technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work executed between Relstack and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by Relstack are transferred to the client upon full payment. Relstack retains the right to use generalised knowledge, skills, and techniques acquired during an engagement. Our website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of Relstack.
4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary access or materials required for project delivery. Delays caused by the client's failure to meet obligations may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Relstack.
5. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. All fees are due as specified. Relstack reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
