These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Glu mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading or using Glu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Glu. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service except as permitted by law; or
- Use the Service to violate the rights of others.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the transaction data and other content you record in Glu ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content.
5. Service Availability
We work to keep Glu available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
6. Not Financial Advice
Glu is a tool for recording and organizing transactions. It does not provide accounting, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying your records and for any decisions you make based on them.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glu and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Glu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
